It’s time to revisit one of the longest drivers pound for pound (5’10”, 160lbs) on the PGA Tour. His golf exercise focus has shifted a little bit more toward strength but it’s still rooted in agility, stability and explosiveness. JT’s fitness coach is Kolby Wayne. It is to be noted that during the week of the BMW Championship he tore a tendon on his right wrist – his first golfing injury ever! Should he maybe scale back his weight exercises?
