Hula Hoop Drill

Swing plane is often discussed and just as often misunderstood. Jack Nicklaus used a hula hoop to demonstrate swing plane back in the day.

If you’re not swinging on plane grab a hula hoop next time your out and practice you’ll get back to where you need to be.
