Here are two great golf drills for both backswing and downswing loading.

The Butch Harmon School of Golf’s Justin Parsons explains that while backswing loaders tend to coil their upper body against a stable lower body, downswing loaders make a bigger hip turn going back, and then make a powerful lower body move to initiate the downswing.
