Products will ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS)  or  United Parcel Service (UPS) unless other arrangements are made or a shipping upgrade is selected during checkout. At checkout you will be given three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

  2. Select or add your shipping address

*Due to package size restrictions from USPS or UPS, some large or bulky items “Oversized” may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be combined with the regular shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.

If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges. 2nd Day and Next Day services for oversized items are only available by contacting a Golf Box USA customer service representative. Additional charges will apply.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Golf Box USA may run promotions that allow for discounted shipping rates. These promotions, noted as “Free Shipping,” “Free Ground Shipping” or “Free Standard Shipping” have the following restrictions:

  • Standard shipping promotions typically apply only to UPS ground shipments. Other shipping methods (2nd Day, Next Day) are not included in these promotions unless noted as such.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service, and are therefore not included in the shipping promotion unless noted as such.
  • Shipping discounts do not apply to bulk orders, please contact us for specific shipping charges.
  • Due to package size restrictions from UPS, some large or bulky items (such as cart bags, travel cases, and hitting nets) may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Items with oversize handling charges will be clearly indicated in the product description at the product purchase page. The additional charge for oversized items will vary depending on the size and will be add to the discounted shipping fee in the shipping charge box at checkout.
  • Promotion restrictions may apply to shipping promotions.

SERVICE AREAS

Upon order approval,  will ship to any valid street address within the 48 contiguous United States via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day service.*

Golf Box USA recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Golf Box USA cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.

*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service. If Ground service is selected in the shipping charge box at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day service with the applicable charges.

At this time, Golf Box USA cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or destinations outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Golf Box USA does not ship items on weekends (Saturday-Sunday). Our warehouse will also be closed for shipping on the following holiday dates:

  • January 1st & 2nd
  • May 25th
  • July 4th
  • September 7th
  • November 26th and 27th
  • December 25th
  • January 1st, 2016

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

UPS will make up to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $800 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Products shipping directly from the manufacturer may require a signature for delivery.

UPS GROUND TRANSIT TIMES

Orders requesting UPS Ground are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and will typically leave our warehouse 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is placed. UPS Ground orders received on Friday – Sunday will usually ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Ground deliveries should arrive 1-5 days after leaving Golf Box USA. UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. In addition, the guarantee applies to shipments from Puerto Rico to the 48 contiguous states. Service Map colors may vary due to differences in hardware and software. For the scheduled days in transit for ground packages shipped within the 48 contiguous states, please use the Time-in-Transit calculator.

NEXT DAY AND 2ND DAY SERVICES TRANSIT TIMES

Orders requested via UPS Next Day should arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after leaving Golf Box USA. Orders sent via UPS 2nd Day should arrive within 2 business days from the date of shipment. On-time delivery for these services is guaranteed by UPS subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders must be placed by 11:30AM (ET) Monday-Friday to be eligible for that day’s Next Day or 2nd Day shipments. Orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Please take this into consideration when using these services.

Golf Box USA makes its best efforts to meet the timing requested for delivery. However, if the requested timing is not met, the customer’s remedies are limited to the guarantee provided by UPS, a refund of freight charges, and/or the opportunity to return the purchased items subject to the Company’s Return Policy.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS Ship Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a Golf Box USA Customer Service Representative at 1-407-722-4987

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Most items shown on golfboxusa.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. On the occasion that an item is not available, you will be alerted on the product purchase page prior to adding that item to your cart. If you attempt to add an out-of-stock item to your cart, a message will appear at the top of the page indicating that the item you selected is not currently available for purchase.

If you happen to select an out-of-stock item, please check back. Golf Box USA receives shipments from its vendors regularly and any out-of-stock item is typically filled within 7 to 10 days.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Golf Box USA offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund if it is:

  • New and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Special or Custom orders
  • Merchandise that has been used
  • Gift Cards
  • Pre-recorded videos or DVDs that have been opened
  • Items not purchased at Golf Box USA

The return must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items.

If returning to golfboxusa.com, you are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card only.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

PARCEL SERVICE

We recommend using UPS or insured parcel post (to enable tracking) when returning merchandise to golfboxusa.com. We will do our best to process your return quickly.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or purchasing gift card. For returns via parcel service, please allow 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account.

Please follow these directions to return by parcel service (UPS or insured parcel service):

  • A return form is included in each order. This form needs to be filled in completely to properly and efficiently process your return.
  • Include all original packing materials and carton, manuals and accessories with the product. All returned product must be in new, unused condition.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.

CREDIT

Qualifying returns to golfboxusa.com will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. The customer is responsible for the original freight charges and any return freight charges, except as noted below. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for purchase. If payment was by gift card, a new gift card will be issued. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for credit to be issued to your account. You will receive an exchange or refund immediately if you make a qualifying return.

Credit can only be issued if the item being returned is:

  • New and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase

In the event that the product was damaged or defective upon receipt or the wrong item was shipped, you will be refunded your entire purchase amount, including shipping, and we will gladly pay the return freight charges. Please xxxx a Customer Service Representative to arrange for a pre-paid UPS shipping label to be delivered to you.

Any item determined to be ineligible for credit will be documented and your options will be communicated to you via e-mail. Failure to respond to the options outlined in the timeframe documented in the e-mail will result in the items being returned to you.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item(s) reaches you that appears to have been damaged in shipping or was defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and please contact a Golf Box USA Customer Service Representative for immediate assistance.

All claims for goods damaged in shipping must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. If you return items damaged in shipping to Golf Box USA without first contacting a Golf Box USA Customer Service Representative you may lose your right to make a claim with the carrier.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Most products sold by golfboxusa.com carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products, or may be found on their web sites. Should you have a problem with any item covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, Golf Box USA will do its best to assist you. Due to restrictions on accepting warranty returns at golfboxusa.com, please contact us prior to returning any merchandise to golfboxusa.com for warranty consideration.

SHORTAGES

Depending on the type of product ordered, some orders may ship in multiple cartons and may arrive in separate cartons on a different day. Before contacting Golf Box USA to report a shortage, please check your packing slip to verify what was shipped on the order you received. Please note that all claims for shortages must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Contact a Golf Box USA Customer Service Representative immediately for assistance in reporting a shortage.
