The difference between the address position and impact position is explained in this video. You have to give your arms and club room to travel to the target. Therefore you have to turn your hips on impact about 45 degrees.
This exercise will train you to rotate your hips before impact on the golf ball.
Open the clubface at set up and during your backswing and turn your body slightly through impact.
