Here with our friend Alistair Davies to share some simple golf tips on how to use the lower body in the downswing. Which in turn gets you to use the ground correctly to give natural power not matter your age.

When you focus on natural techniques for your golf swing, the whole process becomes a lot easier and simpler. It also gives you a golf swing that has more power and consistency! Pretty good right! With the one arm pause drill, it forces you to use your instincts better.

To do this you need to push down to be able to spring back up and leave the ground. Think of a high jumper or longer jumper or discus thrower. They’re creating leverage with the ground to be able to perform their desired action with power.
